+ Will I need to purchase anything in addition to my package?

In addition to your package, you will need to purchase a Squarespace plan ( check out their pricing plan here ). If you’re unsure which plan to choose, I can advise as we work together. If you don’t already have one, you will also need to purchase a domain name (URL). You can score a FREE domain through Squarespace with a yearly subscription. Plus, since I am a Squarespace Circle member, working with me gets you 20% off your first year on the platform. Woo!

+ Do you accept returns?

Your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. If you need to change your design date due to scheduling conflicts, please email olivia@oliviarosebreen.com within 24 hours to reschedule and put your deposit toward a later date. Once the 24-hour window passes, you will forfeit your deposit entirely.

+ Who writes my website content?

For the Gold Package, clients are responsible for writing all of the website copy. The Platinum Package is the only package that includes copywriting in its price.

If you don't need a complete copy overhaul, you can hire me at my hourly writing and editing rate. Send me a note at olivia@oliviarosebreen.com.

+ Can I hire you just for copywriting?

Yep! If my schedule allows it, I am available for hire as a copywriter at an hourly rate or package rate, depending on the scope of the work. Fill out the form under the Silver Package here to inquire about copy-only projects.

+ What if I need a logo and branding before we start?

I've got peeps for that. But really, I know some of the most talented graphic designers in the biz. If you need a logo or rebrand, send me a note at olivia@oliviarosebreen.com with the subject line: Graphic Design Referral Request.

+ How long is the process?

Silver Package - Depends on the scope of the copywriting project. We can determine this together during our client connect call.

Gold Package - 4 weeks. You get 1.5 weeks to write and gather content. I get 3 weeks to design.

Platinum Package - 5 weeks. You get 1 week to gather content. I get 4 weeks to write and design.

Need your site sooner? The quicker you get your content (photos, website copy, logos, etc.) together, the quicker I can start!

+ What if my current site is on a different platform?

No worries! If you're cool with switching over to Squarespace, it's a fairly simple process that we can work through together.

+ Do I need to have a URL?

Nope. You can get one through Squarespace, free for your first year. (If you already have one, that's fine, too!)

+ Do you design with anything other than Squarespace, like Wordpress?

Nope. Squarespace is my preferred web design platform, and where I specialize.

+ Do you work with anyone outside of the beauty industry?
